Popup Blocker Setup

Below are the basic steps to setup and make sure your popup blocker portion of your web browser is setup and activated. Note: This requires the newest version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. Please check the "Popup Blocker & Info." section to the left to make sure you have the correct version of one of these browsers.

Internet Explorer:
  1. Click on "Tools" at the top of the Internet Explorer window.
  2. Click on "Options" from that menu.
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the following screen.
  4. Make sure the "Block pop-ups" box is checked.
  5. Click the "Settings" button to the right.
  6. Under the "Notifications and Filter Level" section of the screen make sure both boxes are checked if you wish to be alerted when a popup has been blocked.
  7. The "Filter Level" option is normally set to Medium, and this is good for most situations. Feel free to increase the level if you feel you are getting too many popups.
  8. Click the "Ok" button on every box until your back to your regular Internet Explorer screen. Then close and reopen Internet Explorer.

Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click on "Tools" at the top of the window.
  2. Click on "Options" from that menu.
  3. Select the "Content" section at the top of this screen.
  4. Make sure the "Block Popup Windows" box is checked.
  5. Click the "Ok" button at the bottom of this box.
  6. Close and reopen Firefox.
